Whether it brings back childhood memories or it is still your favorite dessert, rice pudding with sugar and spice brings a smile to anyone’s face. We sought inspiration from the taste of our half-fermented Ti Kuan Yin, with its unique, slightly creamy nuance and underlined it further with a delicate dessert note. We are letting this tea speak for itself, per the motto “less is more” we are going for the simplicity of tea with a pinch of cinnamon. You will surely want a second steeping!

Preparation: brew 1 heaping teaspoon with 8 ounces of water at 185 F for 2-3 minutes.
