Oolong Teas are pre-fermented by approx 50% and wilted in sun; frequent turning in bamboo baskets;light cup with flowery spicy taste.   In the production of Oolong the oxidation process is stopped between a black and green tea resulting in a semi oxidized or half fermented tea.  Oolong teas are traditionally rolled, twisted, or curled into tight balls or thin strands.

Ingredients:  Half fermented green tea


Preparation: brew 1 teaspoon with 6 ounces of water at 176-194 F for 2-3 minutes.
