We founded Tulsi Rose Tea with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping and Delivery
At Tulsi Rose we will not make a profit on shipping costs. The costs for shipping are calculated based on current day US Postal Service rates. As discounts on these rates are received based on volumes the discounts will be shown in the rate charged to you.
Free Shipping is offered for all US orders greater than $75 and Alaska/Hawaii orders greater than $100
Orders received by 3pm will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed from affiliates/suppliers outside of the US can take up to 14 days for delivery.

At Tulsi Rose Tea customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us with any questions or problems. You can reach us by emailing us at email@example.com.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
Please e-mail us photos of quality defects along with your order number so that we may determine if a return is required.
If you are unsatisfied with a tea you purchased. We will issue a credit to your account. Please contact us before returning the product if it has been opened.
If you are returning a non-food product, it must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Please include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation, or a note with your name, address, phone number, the order number, and reason for the return in the email.
If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $15 reshipment fee.
If the package is refused by the recipient there will be a $25.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.

We will not send you any unsolicited emails for promotions unless you opt in by using the Subscribe button. You can Opt Out at anytime by sending an email to Support@TulsiRoseTea.com with “STOP”.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
