Put 6 teaspoons of Mint Green tea in infuser
Pour 32 ounces of water heated to 185 degrees over infuser with tea leaves
Steep for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes
While tea is steeping cut four limes into quarters - squeeze juice into pitcher
Place squeezed lime quarters into pitcher
Muddle 6 mint leaves and place into pitcher
Pour steeped green tea into pitcher
Sweeten to taste (I used 3 tablespoons of honey)
Add ice to a glass and pour tea over ice
Enjoy!
This recipe can be doubled to make 1/2 gallon by resteeping leaves again with another 32 ounces of water and doubling the number of limes and mint leaves.
**Alcoholic version simply add white rum and club soda to your glass with tea and stir or shake**
