Jasmine petals are harvested during the day and stored in the cool evening to unfold their full fragrance.  These flower petals are layered within the organic green tea leaves.  Based on the desired quality grades, the petals are sifted out after processing creating a light to strong delicate floral flavor.  This variety has a light yellow cup and eloquent jasmine scent.
