Mei Gui Hong Cha is a classical scented fast-fermented red floral Chinese tea. 


It is processed in a traditional way of layering rose petals in the tea leaves and is separated by sieving after the tea has absorbed the flavor and scent of the roses.


This tea has a sweet flowery flavor.  Some like to enhance its flavor with a dash of cream or milk.

Preparation: brew 1 teaspoon with 6 ounces of water at 203-212 F for 4-5 minutes.
